Catherine Cooper, owner of Meal Maven, Inc., pursued her passion for cooking after learning more about nutrition through her public relations experiences working on food accounts. She grew up helping her grandmother in the kitchen and has always enjoyed entertaining her family and friends.
Catherine holds two Master Degrees in Education from Boston University and Lesley College in MA. She taught elementary grades in Boston and New York City, which gives her an edge providing cooking classes for children, cooking for families and pleasing those finicky tastebuds!
Many people turn to time-saving options such as processed foods and ordering out. Exposing children to the world of cooking and eating nutritious options, will instill good eating habits for a lifetime! They will take pride in what they eat and make smart choices away from home!
Catherine prepares cuisine for busy families and professionals. She has enjoyed a number of culinary courses in Chicago, New York City, Santa Fe, Nantucket Island and completed the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) Culinary Program at the Culinary Business Academy in New Mexico.
